Pokemon Stadium 1&2 easy.

Probably people out there better than me, but I've never lost the Sandshrew mini-game in my life against any of my friends.

I think I spent more time on minigames in Mario 64 DS than on the game itself. Also:

Seriously, 95%+ of my time in both Stadium games were either playing minigames or at the GBC tower, where you could play your games in color, Super Game Boy style, on the TV through the Transfer Pak. (It was very useful at the time because we kept running out of batteries. Pokemania at its peak was crazy...)

Monkey Target the tread. We're done here.

Triple Triad and GWENT are also acceptable.

Gwent was one of the best parts of The Witcher 3. I even enjoy the in game version of Gwent more than the standalone title that's in beta right now.

Yep, same. A year or two back I replayed FFX simply so that I could play blitzball, build up the team etc.

Awesome mini game, vastly better than the card based ones they shit out.

I did the fishing minigame in FFXV a lot to get the trophy.

I actually ended up playing it more than that though, because I ended up liking it a lot.

Specter Boxing and Galaxy Monkey in the original Ape Escape. Definitely played them more than the actual game.

I actually liked the gummi ship minigame in Kingdom Hearts.

TerraTech sort of scratches the same itch.

Holy hell I completely forgot about this. Loved this and Blades of Steel. Heck I think me and my brothers spent more time brawling in that game than actually playing hockey, so maybe that counts?

In recent memory, easily Gwent from TW3. Feel like I played that even more than the actual game. LOL Avoiding the standalone beta... just want the final real deal. :)

Turtle shell skateboarding in Mario 64 Bob-Omb Battlefield was my own personal minigame.
