Waffles! Regular or Belgian.

Pancakes are great too of course. American or regular pancakes. Or made in the oven. But yeah I prefer waffles.

Meh pancakes are better then meh waffles but good waffles are better then good pancakes to me

My ability means I usually end up making meh pancakes but when i'm eating out I usually go for good waffles

Great pancakes are better than great waffles. But they have to be fluffy and thick somewhat otherwise waffles win. French toast beats all.

Pancakes for consistently being really good.

That said, if you can get an actual good waffle then it's really damn good. Only problem is you have to practically trek the amazon to find one.

A good waffle is honestly not that hard to make.

Waffles. Speaking of which, I've been needing to pick up a waffle iron. Been craving waffles lately

Made good (like what you get in a nice restaurant/hotel), I probably prefer pancakes because they tend to be more moist. But I have waffles more often because it's so goddamn easy with our waffle iron and they still taste pretty great.

Hard to top some big fluffy pancakes with butter and syrup, but waffles are pretty good too.

Really? Butter and syrup is one of the easiest ways to top pancakes. You just plop it right on there, and you don't have to worry about it rolling off like you do with berries.

Reminds me of thin-crust pizza versus normal pan pizza

I prefer a waffle that's crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Pancakes tend to get too soggy.

One of my dreams is to travel to some Midwest small county and get American pancakes breakfast (?) you see in movies. I'm not even sure if they taste all that good. Our definition of pancakes here (Netherlands) is what I suppose you'd call crepes, which I love.

Pancakes always look better than they taste. Which is to say... cakey. I'm just sort of always let down by the experience.

Waffles, any day. Waffles every day.
