And for only 18.97 bucks, I think everyone in this situation is a winner here, they seem perfectly fine. Give them a try.

these are perfect for getting eating a fine meal such as this

I wear chinos a lot nowadays. I only have black and maroon coloured ones though.

I used to always wear jeans, but have moved on to mostly chinos. Coincidentally, I only started to wear chinos when I lost two of my favourite pair of jeans mysteriously.

Jeans, but I do sometimes wear chinos outside of work.

For chinos, it reminds me too much of work, no matter the colour. But I associate tan/light brown to work, so when I do decide to wear it, I go with navy or maroon.

I work in production so anything aside from jeans or some sturdy work pants would be a foolish endeavor.

So, jeans. Always jeans.

Purely chinos nowadays. I love the colour choices and the for suits me. I wish I could go skinny but need at least slim for my thighs and calves.

Love chinos, material is very flexible and more forgiving than jeans and stylish for casual and work wardrobes.

I searched google for "chinos" and they look like regular pants or coloured jeans. I don't get it.

Y'all, chinos are dress pants, just with a bit different fabric. A bit more casual than suit pants. Everyone you see wearing a polo or button down to work now days is likely wearing chinos.

Jeans.

Chinos are alright, but I feel like they don't last as long, and look like shit when the color fades or if you get stains on them.

I almost exclusively wear jeans at home and when going out to non-fancy locations.

I just wear a shirt/tie/slacks combo at work. If I am going to be forced to tuck in my collared shirt, I might as well wear a tie. I'm 6'5" with a 36-37" inseam. Guys with long limbs and relatively short torsos for their height fit somewhere in this range of looks depending on their physique:

Either way, ties sort of break up the Urkel/Van Damme look of your shirt-tucked-in short torso.

I don't know what chinos are, but they look like khakis which would fit my clothing criteria. However, my work switched to scrubs recently and I have to admit, they are comfortable as hell. I'd prefer to lounge around in those all day.

Uniqlo slim fit chinos (navy and grey) mostly, but I still have a bunch of Levi's 503 and whatnot, and at home I always wear sweatpants as they're the most comfortable. If I need to go to some convenience store nearby at night, I go on my sweatpants too.

Chino is the material.

Khaki is the colour.

Plus Chinos come in a lot more colours than Khaki.
